ABOUT QUINCE CATERING Nancy Pell is the creative force behind all of Quince's menus both in the Bistro and for our catering clients. Her culinary genius guarantees every menu will be on the cutting edge each event perfectly executed. Every proposal is designed with the specific client in mind ensuring uniqueness is evident in every detail. Unlike other caterers, Quince offers something not commonly available when it comes to choosing a caterer because it is also a bistro. Clients have the opportunity to taste the food and get a sense as to what Quince has to offer before making a decision. There is also the possibility of renting out the restaurant space that is easily transformed to accommodate anywhere from 55 people for sit-down, to 85 for cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Along with our accolades in Boston Magazine, Improper Bostonian, Boston Herald, Needham Times, The Boston Globe and WellesleyWeston Magazine, Quince was also featured on TV Diner with Billy Costa, in an episode of Chronicle and was announced as Best of the New 2007 by the Boston Globe Magazine.
